You'll be crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement and storage of goods within our fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers safely and efficiently to move, stack, retrieve, and stage products and materials.

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.

Perform routine pre-operational checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.

Ensure accurate placement of products, often in high-racking systems and narrow aisles, optimizing storage space.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.

Assist with order picking, packing, and staging as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers is a must.

Valid forklift operator certification for Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a demanding environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems (WMS, RF scanners).

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.

High school diploma or equivalent.
