Overview:
Will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with the goal of achieving/maintaining stability for the children and families. Develop and implement client treatment plans. Complete progress notes and enter all information into program database. This position is predominantly field based. Qualified candidates must possess an MFT, MSW, or LPCC, and be registered with the BBS. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Starting salary rate at $78,000 based on bilingual differential.

Responsibilities:
- Meet face to face with clients and caregivers to complete comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment within contract timelines.
- Establish the presence or absence of medical necessity.
- Create treatment plan in collaboration with the client and family.
- Complete other required documentation, including CAFAS, CANS, PSQ, session notes.
- Maintain open communication, in accordance with therapeutic confidentiality, with family and team.
- Participate in the Child and Family Team process to speak to the mental health needs of the child.
- Maintain detailed records of significant contacts, incidents, relationships, treatment team meetings and case management activity. (i.e., Mental Health Documentation).
Qualifications:
- Must have a master’s degree in a related field and registered with the BBS.
- 21 years or older due to County contract requirements.
- Maintain a valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record of at least 3 years.
- Maintain criminal record clearance
- Must have a philosophy of support for at-risk children and families in line with the mission, vision, values, and statement of faith of Olive Crest.
