Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process payments using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and equipment, following food safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, give correct change, and balance cash registers at shift end.
- Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning kitchen areas.
- Support quick service operations by managing time effectively during busy periods and ensuring prompt service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in retail math or grocery store operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
