Sales & Design Assistant – Kitchen, Bath & Countertops

EOS Granite & Tile is hiring a motivated and organized Sales & Design Assistant to join our showroom and office team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in learning kitchen and bathroom design, countertop and tile sales, estimating, customer service, and project coordination. Previous industry experience is helpful but not required. Paid training will be provided.
What You’ll Do Initially
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails
- Greet customers and collect basic project information
- Enter and maintain customer and project records
- Assist with payments, orders, inventory, and deliveries
- Support the showroom sales and office team
- Help keep the showroom and office organized
What You Can Learn
As training progresses, this position may grow to include:
- Assisting customers with countertop, tile, and cabinetry selections
- Explaining products and material differences
- Preparing estimates and proposals
- Following up with customers
- Reviewing plans and measurements
- Coordinating orders, appointments, and installations
- Assisting with kitchen and bathroom design
- Managing individual customers and projects
- Earning sales commission
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Professional written and email communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer, math, and measurement skills
- The ability to multitask and learn new systems
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- An interest in design, sales, construction, or home improvement
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, design, or construction is helpful but not required.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., plus one to two rotating Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Employees scheduled on Saturday receive a weekday off.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
