SERVCON is hiring experienced Project Coordinators / Service Managers to manage
nationwide commercial facility maintenance projects from ticket intake through contractor
coordination, client communication, job completion, documentation, and invoicing. This is a
fast-paced, desk-based project management role for someone who can own high-volume,
multiple jobs, communicate clearly, protect margin, and drive work to completion.
What you own:
● Independent Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the full scope of assigned
commercial facility projects from initial ticket vetting and scope validation to contractor
coordination and final project delivery.
● 360° Stakeholder Communication: Lead continuous, proactive communication across
service contractors, internal Key Account Managers (KAMs), and high-level client
contacts to ensure seamless updates throughout the project lifecycle.
● Contractor Sourcing & Compliance: Strategically source and vet service contractors,
ensuring all external partners meet rigorous brand compliance, insurance, licensing, and
documentation standards.
● Safety & Brand Protection: Evaluate potential risks throughout the job lifecycle,
exercising immediate authority to address issues or halt projects to protect the customer,
contractors, and site environment from safety hazards.
● Project Mobilization & Quality Assurance: Review and authorize job approvals to
service contractors prior to the start of work, ensuring all safety, logistical, material, and
operational requirements perfectly align with customer expectations.
● Rigorous Project Documentation: Oversee the organization and integrity of digital
project archives, ensuring all critical assets—including site photos, purchase orders,
permits, and specifications—are meticulously tracked.
● Emergency On-Call Support: Actively participate in the company’s emergency on-call
services (EOCS) rotation to support our clients with critical, urgent needs during
evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications
● Experience:
○ 2+ years of experience coordinating work orders, facility maintenance,
construction projects, service contractors, vendors, or multi-site property work
○ Experience managing multiple open jobs, timelines, customer updates, vendor
follow-up, documentation, and issue escalation.
○ Comfort negotiating pricing, reviewing quotes, tracking job costs, and protecting
margin.
○ Experience working with SLAs, customer portals, service tickets, purchase
orders, NTEs, or similar operational controls preferred
○ Experienced in managing through vendor friction, documentation discipline,
high-volume workloads, and Emergency Service rotation
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 Base salary with on Target earning of $75,000-$80,000.
Bi-weekly performance incentives tied to service execution, KPI management, communication, documentation, and financial performance.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
