The One-on-One Aide plays a vital role in empowering a gifted learner to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally each day. This position provides personalized support that helps the student fully access rigorous instruction, build confidence, and develop independence in a fast-paced, intellectually rich classroom. Working closely with teachers and support staff, the aide helps unlock the student’s potential and ensures they feel challenged, supported, and successful.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred
- Experience working with gifted students, neurodivergent learners, or in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and adapt support as needed
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
