We’re Hiring: Transaction Coordinator / Operations Hybrid
Location: Bothell, WA (Hybrid Office/Remote)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)
Our growing real estate team is looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator / Operations Hybrid to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both transaction management and business operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for clients and agents alike.
Requirements
- Active Washington State Real Estate License (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of Washington real estate transaction coordination experience
- Strong understanding of Washington real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with experience using transaction management platforms, CRMs, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Manage residential transactions from contract to close
- Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and addenda
- Coordinate communication with clients, agents, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and vendors
- Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements
- Process commissions and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with accounts payable and operational support
- Support listing coordination and administrative projects
- Help develop and improve systems, workflows, and team efficiency
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and attention to detail
