What You’ll Own
- Leading team culture, coaching, accountability, and associate performance
- Driving transformational guest experiences, sales performance, KPIs, and business results
- Creating an exceptional guest experience, every guest, every visit
- Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
- Operational execution
- Building a strong, motivated team that delivers results and embodies the EWC brand
You’ll serve as the leader, coach, problem solver, and go-to person for your center.

Preferred: 2+ years of beauty, retail, hospitality, fitness or salon management experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$50,000–$65,000+ annual earnings potential including bonus opportunities
Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonus opportunities + annual reviews + year-end bonus potential.

Schedule: Full-time position. Up to 45 hours per week.
