Arbor Associates is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a contract assignment with a respected residential healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, behavioral health diagnoses, and physical disabilities.
This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, person-centered environment where nurses build meaningful relationships with the individuals they support while working alongside experienced direct care, clinical, and interdisciplinary teams.

Provide direct nursing care in residential settings

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Perform health assessments and monitor changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
-
Support individuals in achieving the highest level of health, safety, and independence

Educate and mentor direct support staff on medical needs and best practices

Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules

Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Experience in residential care, developmental disabilities, pediatric nursing, behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or medical-surgical nursing is a plus
