Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests
- Take dine-in and phone orders
- Serve food and prepare takeout orders
- Mix and serve drinks; know menu, spirits and bar specials
- Set up tables, service stations and bar
- Clean spills, washing, vacuuming or mopping as needed
- Provide engaging customer service and promote drink sales
- Stay informed about restaurant events and specials
- Use the restaurant POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and food menu
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evening and late-night shifts
- Willingness to assist with general cleaning duties as needed
