Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments as well as lash services, including extensions, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Spa Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of aesthetic services while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and client satisfaction. Your expertise in various treatments, including facials and lash services, will enhance the overall experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and lash services.
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
Qualifications
- Valid Aesthetician license and Lash Extension Certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments, facials, and lash services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience in upselling services and products.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for the aesthetic industry with a desire to continue learning and growing professionall
