About Us
TruDeals Title and Escrow is a newly formed Florida title and escrow company created to support the continued growth of True Deals Realty. Our real estate platform is built around transparency, lower seller costs, full-service representation, and a more efficient closing experience for buyers and sellers.
As our listing and transaction volume continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced, licensed Florida Title Agent to help us build and operate our title and escrow division from the ground up.

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Florida Title Agent or experienced Escrow Officer who understands residential real estate closings, title commitments, clearing title requirements, escrow handling, lender coordination, closing documents, and post-closing procedures.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and capable of helping manage title files from contract to closing. This person should be comfortable working with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, underwriters, processors, and closing teams.
Experience helping launch or manage a title agency is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential title and escrow files from opening through closing
- Review contracts, title commitments, lien searches, municipal searches, surveys, payoffs, and closing requirements
- Work with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, underwriters, and closing partners
- Help clear title issues and coordinate required documentation
- Prepare, review, and coordinate closing packages
- Ensure accurate escrow, funding, disbursement, and post-closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with Florida title insurance and escrow requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties throughout the closing process
- Assist in developing internal workflows, checklists, and closing procedures as the company grows
- Support a high-level customer experience for True Deals Realty clients and outside transactions
Requirements
- Active Florida Title Agent license preferred
- Florida title insurance, escrow, or closing experience required
- Strong understanding of residential real estate closings
- Experience with title commitments, clearing requirements, settlement statements, lender documents, and post-closing
- Knowledge of Florida title agency compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a growth-stage company environment
- Experience with title software, underwriter platforms, and closing systems preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a licensed title agent, escrow officer, title closer, or title agency manager
- Experience working with Florida residential real estate transactions
- Existing underwriter or title company relationships
- Experience building processes for a new or growing title operation
- Ability to eventually take on a leadership or agent-in-charge role, if qualified

Compensation
We are offering a competitive base salary of $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses as closing volume grows.
For highly qualified candidates with title agency management experience, compensation may be negotiable.
