We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Senior Manager, Capital Markets for our Engineering firm. This is a pivotal role in our organization, and we're looking for someone who can take our capital market operations to the next level. The successful candidate will have a strong background in capital market operations, including equity and debt financing, public filings, and strategic financing planning. If you have a passion for finance, a knack for strategic thinking, and a proven track record in capital markets, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with external legal teams in drafting and reviewing public filings.
2. Lead the execution of equity and debt financing, including Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPEs).
3. Build and maintain valuation models and capital structure scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
4. Support long-term capital planning and strategic financing roadmap development.
5. Ensure compliance with SEC and Nasdaq requirements to maintain the company's good standing.
6. Maintain relationships and ongoing engagement with investors and investment banks.
7. Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team on capital market activities.
8. Analyze market trends and make recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
9. Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a similar role in the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with equity and debt financing, including PIPEs.
4. Strong knowledge of SEC and Nasdaq regulations and requirements.
5. Exceptional financial modeling skills, including experience building and maintaining valuation models and capital structure scenarios.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and investment banks.
8. Strong strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to support long-term capital planning and strategic financing roadmap development.
9. A CFA or other relevant certification is a plus.
