Location: The primary work location is our kitchen in Van Nuys. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between the kitchen and market locations.

About the Role:We're seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to oversee sales reps, manage inventory, and grow BANANE's retail presence through specialty stores, grocery stores, and community events. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a growing food business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support sales reps at markets
- Manage weekly sales rep schedules
- Conduct market and kitchen check-ins
- Restock and track inventory
- Secure new wholesale accounts and pop-up opportunities
- Submit biweekly sales reports
- Cover sales rep shifts in the event of an emergency
Compensation + Commission:
- $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
- $25 for every new store account secured (honored after 2nd order)
- $10 for every reorder of 50+ bags facilitated by you
- $25 for every approved pop-up or event booking secured
Qualifications:
- Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday availability
- Experience in operations, inventory, and team coordination
- Experience with wholesale sales, retail outreach, or account management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable vehicle required for driving to markets and retail accounts
