Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at our hotel. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, guest satisfaction, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Hotel management experience is highly desirable to enhance guest relations and team collaboration.
Duties
- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions
- Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with courteous and professional service
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle phone system with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing information
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues, providing exceptional guest services
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and operational issues
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments and guest relations practices
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
