JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for building high-quality laminate cabinetry used in commercial environments. Takes pride in craftsmanship, works accurately from drawings, and understands the importance of producing durable, professional-grade cabinetry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fabricate and assemble custom laminate cabinets, casework, countertops, and related millwork components.

Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, work orders, and specifications.

Measure, cut, machine, edge-band, laminate, and assemble materials to required dimensions and tolerances.

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools including saws, routers, drills, and sanders.

Inspect finished products for quality, fit, and finish

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.
Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Carpentry, cabinet making, millwork, woodworking, or casework fabrication experience required

Familiarity with production shop workflows and quality standards.

Experience working with laminate and sheet goods such as particleboard, MDF, or plywood strongly preferred.

Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical production work.

Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Familiarity with production shop workflows and quality standards.

Starting Salary: $20 - $22/hour or higher depending on experience.
