Job Description
We are a golf cart manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team throughout the entire order fulfillment process.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating with customers after orders are secured by the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order coordination, invoice management, customer communication, payment follow-up, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order confirmation through delivery.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by managing customer orders after they are confirmed.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, production schedules, and shipping timelines.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company's ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments including production, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Track orders from confirmation through shipment and delivery.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a related role preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Mandarin-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
