OVERVIEW
Are you highly detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality results? Do you take pride in catching the small things others might miss and aren’t afraid to speak up when something’s not right? We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Quality Control Lead to join our team.
We are seeking someone who will become a key contributor to our operation and help us continue building a culture of quality, compliance, and accountability. The ideal candidate is confident, observant, and willing to advocate for doing things the right way even when it means challenging the status quo or stopping a process that does not meet quality standards. We need someone who takes quality seriously, communicates clearly with team members and management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As our Quality Control, you will work closely with Receiving, Assembly, Fulfillment, and Leadership teams to ensure in-process assemblies, finished goods, outbound orders, processes, and documentation consistently meet both client expectations and internal requirements. You will play an active role in monitoring compliance, improving processes, supporting SOP development, and identifying opportunities to strengthen quality throughout the organization.
This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with Market Speed Logistics and helping shape the future of our Quality department. The right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to quality initiatives, process improvements, and potentially grow into a leadership role responsible for developing quality programs and supporting a future quality team.
Please note: This is a full-time role payrolled through a staffing agency, but you will report directly to Market Speed Logistics each day.
