We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development/Recruiter to join our growing team of tenured professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in business development and recruitment, with proven success in an agency environment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving revenue growth.
This opportunity is a 1099, commission only opportunity which allows you to join a peer-to-peer network of like-minded sales and recruiting professionals. We offer the following to all representatives who join us:
- 80% commission on all of your personal production!
- Override income for team referrals
- Work your own hours, be your own boss
- A large, expert-level team of colleagues throughout the country providing an ongoing flow of new job orders and/or recruitment assistance
- Twice-monthly payouts and full back-office support
- Full funding, insurance, and administration of your Temps/Contractors
- No territorial limits - Work anywhere in the U.S.
- ATS/CRM, Marketing, Training, and Technology
Required Skills and Experience:
- Three or more years of experience in sales and business development in an agency environment.
- Must be US-based.
