We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Lumber Yard Associate to join our team.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing knowledgeable advice on a wide range of products, including lumber and building materials.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and yard.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours/day
- Great people skills and customer service skills
- Willing to learn
- Self-motivated
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Ability to listen, analyze and provide guidance to customers related to their questions or projects
- Responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness

Pay is negotiable for applicants with significant industry experience.
