Kasdan Turner Thomson Booth LLLC (KTTB) is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (“BD”) to join our innovative legal practice in Honolulu, Hawaii. Key Responsibilities
- Client Focus and Case Origination: Make initial contact with prospective clients who may require legal services. Review building defects with experts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, management companies, trade show management, and stakeholders. Coordinate client issues before case is opened, subsequently open new matter reports, review conflict checks, and maintain client contact.
- New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new legal opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of residential trends. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and SEM campaigns.
- SEO/Google Ads: Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
- Manage firm website: Manage and update firm website as required. Analyze website analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and refine marketing tactics.
- Database: Create and manage databases to research development information on single family homes, high rises, condominiums, and other structures that arise. Attend trade show and marketing events to further client contact.
- Marketing Support: Create targeted campaigns that support business growth. Design brochures, mailings, and presentations to management and clients. Manage marketing expenditures budget.
Qualifications
· Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- SEO/Website: Understanding of SEO and Website Analytics.
- Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience in property management, legal or construction background is a significant plus.
