Job Description
Position Summary:
The Tool Crib Attendants complete presetting operations, which requires a basic understanding of presetting procedures using specific presetting machines, and an intermediate knowledge of tool geometry and specifications, which might include identifying tool numbers and gauge lengths. In addition to tool presetting competencies to set tool lengths to critical dimensions, they will demonstrate a basic understanding and ability to perform tool crib functions such as maintaining logs and inventories.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand, adhere, and demonstrate to the company’s commitment to quality and safety.
Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Perform advanced tool crib tasks supporting production floor.
Advanced tool room attending (organizing/distributing supplies).
Maintain appropriate lists/logs (order, check out, etc.).
Order tools and supplies working with outside vendors.
Manage consumable inventory.
Work with production for special orders.
Other duties as assigned.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.50 to $29.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
