Vernon Graphics Solutions, a subsidiary of The Vernon Company, is seeking to fill the full-time position of Graphics Project Coordinator. This is an administrative (nonexempt) position with location at our Unionville, MO office.
Summary of Duties:
- Works with staff and Account Executives.
- Coordinates custom printing projects between Account Executives, art, sales admin, shipping departments and other businesses outside of the company, as necessary.
- Coordinates nationwide installations for projects.
- Coordinates sales issues with production and purchasing departments.
- Creates and/ or reviews project estimates and quotes.
- Coordinates projects between graphics department and supplier businesses.
- Audit and process graphics orders following departmental guidelines including determining and following appropriate pricing structure, markups, etc.
- Accurately enter or export order data into the computer system, as well as figuring commissions due Account Executives.
- Make changes to or cancel orders, refigure commission, and enter corrections for customer billing, when necessary.
- Extensive direct contact with Account Executives and customers – telephone and email.

- Professional communication skills (internal/external, especially on the telephone).
- Good attendance and time management.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
- Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet essential for the tasks (experience in AccountPro, Imaging and JD Edwards a plus).
- Be a self-starter and team player.
- Ability to efficiently solve problems and make good decisions based on company guidelines.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
