Overview
Sterling Sips is a premium craft lemonade brand serving high-energy festivals, markets, and community celebrations across the region. We are looking for reliable, customer-focused beverage servers to join us for upcoming Richmond events this summer, starting July 18th. This is not your average lemonade stand. We operate at scale, serving hundreds of guests per event with a full menu of fresh-squeezed, handcrafted lemonades made to order. If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and love bringing energy to a crowd, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
∙ Prep and assemble fresh-squeezed lemonades to order, including cutting and juicing lemons, adding syrups, shaking, and finishing each drink with speed and consistency
∙ Greet guests with energy and help them navigate our flavor menu
∙ Maintain a clean, organized station throughout the event
∙ Keep pace during high-volume rushes without sacrificing drink quality
∙ Support fellow team members and communicate clearly during busy stretches
∙ Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and honestly
What We Are Looking For
∙ Comfortable on your feet for up to 7 hours in an outdoor environment, rain or shine
∙ Able to lift, bend, and squat. You will lift about 40lbs with or without assistance.
∙ Energetic and engaging. Tips reward personality, so bring your best
∙ Able to perform well under pressure during high-volume rushes
∙ Prior experience in food service, beverage prep, catering, or events is a plus
∙ Barista or high-volume drink prep experience is a strong advantage
∙ Friendly, professional, and reliable. Our guests remember how you made them feel
∙ Able to work as part of a small, tight-knit team
∙ Food handler certification or familiarity with food safety practices preferred
