New Wellness-Spa Business opening Downtown. Part-time and PRN to start. Join our team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and become a vital contributor to our wellness-focused environment! In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy sessions that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Strong focus on Foot and Reflexology if interested in that aspect. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through targeted techniques and compassionate care. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a positive experience for every client.
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to connect empathetically and professionally with clients.
- Reflexology Knowledge a huge plus.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
- Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, calm approach to client interactions.
- Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients’ workplace wellness needs.

Pay: $38.35 - $46.18 per hour
