Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations that reflect the PHILIPP PLEIN brand. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring accurate handling of transactions, and supporting inventory management and stock replenishment. The Retail Sales Specialist also responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and collaborates with team members to achieve store performance goals. The role requires consistent adherence to brand guidelines and a strong focus on luxury service standards.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build trusting, long-term client relationships.
Proven experience in Retail Sales, preferably in luxury or premium fashion environments.
Solid Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal communication.
Comprehensive Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and present brand collections and key features.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations.
Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation, with a strong sense of style and brand alignment.
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort with handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Previous experience in fashion retail and additional language skills are considered an asset.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
