What You’ll Do:
A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and that begins with the first point of contact: the reservation. We are looking to you make guests feel welcome even before they leave home. As a reservations clerk, you’ll respond to reservations in a friendly and courteous manner and provide prompt service in responding to guest needs.
Here are a few tasks you’ll be responsible for daily:
- Provide information to guests about the hotel and local happenings.
- Obtain all pertinent information to complete reservations.
- Answer the telephone and greet prospective guests in a friendly manner.
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service experience. Reservations or front desk experience is a plus, but not required. Most importantly, you’re someone with a friendly, outgoing personality and are able to communicate with guests in a professional and positive manner at all times.
