Saddle Ranch Sunset is Now Hiring Hosts:
Host position is responsible for greeting guests all guests and answer phone. The host seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner. Assist with Open Table reservations, answers all calls, bus tables, assist with drink refills, and sign up bull riders and operate mechanical bull.
Rate of pay: $20.25/hourly + tips
Descriptions of job duties: Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, operates Open Table, answers phones, bus tables, complete restroom checks sign up all bull riders and operate the mechanical bull.
- Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
- Takes names on a waiting list.
- Sell Souvenirs
- Runs the floor plan board.
- Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
- Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.
- Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
- Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
- Checks to-go order.
- Maintains restrooms throughout shift.
- Pre-bus and bus tables, assist with delivery of food platters to tables
- Operate mechanical bull for bullrides
- Performs other duties as directed.
