We are a local company seeking good candidates for our 2 full time and 2 part time positions!
We are looking for people who are consistent, reliable and above all, professional attitude! candidates must have reliable transportation, current NM RLD guard card certification level 3! ideal candidate must also have good de-escalation skills and type reports clearly and subjectively!
Duties
- Conduct patrols and Stand Post
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to identify potential security breaches or hazards.
- Must Have GED or High school diploma.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies using established procedures including, first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency evacuation protocols.
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events accurately and promptly.
- must have own equipment including firearm & duty belt
- Utilize verbal techniques and conflict de-escalation skills to manage disputes or disturbances effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in physical security, military service or related fields with relevant certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of post orders and client expectations
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, Taser use, firearm handling, and fire safety is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and enforce security policies in compliance with regulations.
- Physical fitness to undertake patrolling duties and respond effectively during emergencies.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
