Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and specialized software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace with precision and speed
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission or filing
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
- Support client communication efforts by maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Perform general clerical duties such as data verification, photocopying, scanning, and preparing reports to streamline office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective client communication in diverse settings
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Prior experience in office management or as a receptionist—medical or dental reception experience is advantageous—along with familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools
