American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a WI or compact RN license in hand, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience.

Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
-
Patient population includes antepartum, labor & delivery, LDRP, Mother/Baby, and Level 1 Nursery cases
-
Baby-friendly protocols are in use on this unit
-
Charting is performed in Epic, which is required
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Every 3rd weekend is required
-
No on-call responsibilities
-
Travelers may float as 'Helping Hands' to other units within their scope to meet facility needs
-
Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager's discretion
-
Active WI RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand

Required certifications: BLS and NRP
-
Preferred certifications: STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS
-
Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
-
Epic EMR experience required
-
Experience with antepartum, LDRP, Mother/Baby, and Level 1 Nursery care required

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible

One holiday shift is required

RTO should be requested as early as possible; participation in holiday rotation may be required
