Cumming Health and Rehab – PRN Therapy Opportunities
We are a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. We are currently seeking experienced PRN Physical Therapists (PTs), and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation team.
Our therapy professionals work collaboratively with nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, and support safe transitions and functional independence.
PRN opportunities are available for:
- Physical Therapists (PTs): Provide comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing assessment of residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs): Provide skilled treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist while monitoring resident progress and communicating clinical observations.

Flexible PRN scheduling provides an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking additional hours or a flexible work arrangement.
