Wealth Management Assistant/ Transaction Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- First and Foremost, MUST have previous experience processing Securities & Annuity business.
- Must be a team player
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Scheduling and rescheduling appts
- Must have experience supporting C-Suite level executives
- This is NOT a Remote Position. Must be available to work at one of our locations
- Assist Financial Advisors with their Daily tasks in our Lake Oswego location
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls and handle basic requests
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Review client paperwork
- Using Orion, Charles Schwab, Allianz, North American & F&G Institutional platforms
Qualifications:
- Securities License preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in Financial/ Insurance office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have experience in processing Annuities and Securities business
- Must have the ability to use the basic functions of Excel and Microsoft Word
- A college degree is nice, but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
