Warehouse / Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Associate
We are hiring a dependable, hard-working person to take full responsibility for shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and local material delivery.
This is a hands-on position working with fence materials in both the warehouse and yard. The job includes unloading incoming materials, pulling and loading outgoing orders, organizing inventory, making local pick ups and deliveries using a pickup and trailer, and handling inventory counts. As this person grows into the role, they will also take on inventory ordering responsibilities.
This is a one-person role. You will be the person handling shipping, receiving, day-to-day material movement, and inventory control.
This position is Monday through Friday with flexible hours. A 40-hour week is available, but not required. Minimum schedule is 25 hours per week. Pay is hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials
- Pull, stage, and load materials for customer orders
- Handle all shipping and receiving duties
- Organize warehouse and yard inventory
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Take on inventory ordering responsibilities as you progress in the role
- Make local pick ups and deliveries
- Drive a pickup and pull a trailer
- Handle general warehouse and yard work as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable and on time
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving a pickup and pulling a trailer
- Able to lift and move heavy or awkward materials
- Able to work in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or inventory experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment:
This is an active, physical job. Some materials can be heavy and awkward, so applicants should be comfortable with physical work and staying on their feet.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
