What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their property and pest control needs
- Recommend tailored pest and wildlife solutions
- Manage your daily schedule within an assigned territory
- Work company-provided leads and prospect new customers through door-to-door canvassing and referrals
Requirements
- Valid driver's license; must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred; pest control experience not required
Compensation & Benefits Summary
- Base salary: $30,000/year ($2,500/month) following training period
- Training pay: $3,000/month during training period
- On-target earnings: $65,000 – $120,000+ annually based on commission performance
- Commission: Uncapped; written commission plan provided prior to start date
- Additional compensation: Company vehicle, cell phone, full benefits
