Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain detailed attention to detail when cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to ensure all spaces are spotless and sanitized
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as sweeping porches or patios and maintaining outdoor furniture or fixtures when needed
- Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively
- Apply floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, or tile maintenance to enhance flooring appearance and longevity
- Deliver excellent customer service by respecting clients’ preferences, communicating professionally, and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning backgrounds are a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor buffers
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Experience with laundry processes including stain removal and fabric care techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Customer service skills that foster positive relationships with clients and address their specific needs confidently

Pay: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
