We are a sales and development firm in Westminster, and are hiring an Entry Level AT&T Representative who's not afraid to ask questions and answer them. The Entry Level AT&T Representative will then have in-person sales conversations with our customers who need guidance on plans, phones, and what's actually worth paying extra for.
As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you'll complete training on AT&T's services, from pro-grade smartphone cameras to data plans that never throttle. The Entry Level AT&T Representative then turns tech anxiety into confident ownership, helping our customers discover smartphones that capture their world and data plans that keep them connected without limits.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Representative
- Connect with our customers in person to assess their mobile usage and recommend AT&T 5G smartphones and data plans that enhance connectivity.
- Provide guidance during sales conversations to help customers select AT&T wireless devices and plans that support seamless streaming and reliable coverage.
- Build customer confidence by explaining AT&T’s advanced network features and assisting with informed choices on smartphones and data services.
- Identify sales opportunities through sales discussions and successfully transition customers to newer AT&T 5G devices and higher-capacity data plans.
- Promote current AT&T wireless promotions and unlimited data options to create additional sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships by providing consistent follow-up and expert advice on AT&T wireless services.
Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Genuine interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience required.
- Presents AT&T wireless services with enthusiasm that inspires sales and enrollment.
- Recognize community needs and tailor AT&T sales strategies to resonate with them.
- Listen actively to decode needs and align enrollment with the right AT&T solution.
Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
