This position is responsible for executing and organizing an accurate inventory management process, for all supplies, medications, and equipment maintenance for CSI Pharmacy. Works closely with pharmacy leaders, Patient Care Coordinators, purchasing and inventory associates, and Accounting to help maintain accuracy and timeliness of vendor and drug data, within the purchasing processes and systems. Responsible for ordering and monitoring needed adjustments of medications and supplies using company software, ensures rotation of medications to avoid expiration, facilitates the return or disposal of expired drugs. This role assists Inventory and Pharmacy leadership to facilitate all aspects of inventory responsibilities including scheduling and coordinating distribution services, material management, equipment management, hazardous waste management, etc. This role’s performance is monitored by available product by days on hand, tracking, documenting, and stocking of all medications, equipment and supplies. Works closely with the facility pharmacy manager, pharmacy production team, Director of Inventory and Procurement, etc. to provide efficient coordination of pharmacy and distribution services.
Compensation Range: $22 - $28/hr (DOE)
Location: Windsor, CT
Schedule: (On-site) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Coordinates/performs designated materials management activities including inventory control and surveillance, preparation of purchase orders, placing orders with vendors, receiving incoming orders and maintaining inventory processes.
Maintains and monitors materials inventories, ensures adequate levels of all medications, supplies, and equipment. Participates in monthly and quarterly inventories.
Process and maintain materials management records and files including purchase orders, receivers, invoices, packing slips, open and closed files.
Maintains and manages record of ICD's and HME cleaning, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
