Our Danville, Virginia warehouse supports retail, e-commerce, live-stream sales, inventory processing, and customer fulfillment. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associates who can help keep products moving accurately and efficiently.
The Role
The Warehouse Associate will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking orders, packing shipments, organizing inventory, restocking products, and helping maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working on their feet, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick Orders: Accurately pull products for customer orders, live-stream sales, retail needs, and internal requests.
Pack Shipments: Safely and efficiently package items for shipment while protecting product condition.
Shipping Support: Prepare outgoing orders, apply labels, organize shipments, and assist with carrier pickups.
Inventory Organization: Sort, stock, label, count, and organize products in the warehouse.
Restocking: Replenish shelves, workstations, retail areas, and fulfillment supplies as needed.
Product Handling: Handle trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and related merchandise with care.
Quality Control: Check orders for accuracy, condition, and completeness before shipment.
Receiving Support: Assist with incoming shipments, unloading, sorting, and putting away inventory.
Warehouse Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Team Support: Help other departments as needed, including retail, live-streaming, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
Required Qualifications
Must be able to reliably commute to Danville, Virginia.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or inventory as needed.
Basic computer or scanner skills preferred.
Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work well with a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, pick/pack, shipping, or inventory experience.
Experience using shipping software, scanners, POS systems, or inventory systems.
Experience working with collectibles, trading cards, Pokémon, sports cards, TCG products, or hobby products.
Retail, e-commerce, or order fulfillment experience.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or shipping environment.
