We are seeking experienced Lead Press Operators for direct-hire opportunities in the Dallas, TX metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled press operators with strong technical abilities, leadership experience, and a background operating large offset presses.

Key Responsibilities
Perform make-ready setups, test runs, press adjustments, and wash-ups on large printing and pressing equipment.
Direct daily activities for assistants and feeder operators while coordinating shift workflow in the supervisor's absence.
Continuously inspect finished output to ensure precise color, cut, and structural specifications and minimize costly production errors.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical jams, perform routine equipment maintenance, and accurately document daily production metrics.
Coach and mentor junior operators on safety procedures, machine adjustments, and advanced operating techniques.
Set up and operate Heidelberg or Komori large-format offset presses.
Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on machine setup and operation experience in a commercial print environment.
Proven experience operating Heidelberg or Komori large offset presses.
Experience with UV ink printing.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints, job tickets, and production software.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot press issues and make precise adjustments.
Strong communication, basic math, and leadership skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods in a loud production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
