Midstate Diesel Repair is looking for a dependable and experienced Light Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our growing shop in Peculiar, Missouri. If you're motivated, take pride in your work, and enjoy diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel trucks for a truck dealership
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot engine, electrical, suspension, steering, and brake systems
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with the service team regarding repairs and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Experience working on light-duty diesel vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Own basic mechanic tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as with a team
