Job Summary: We a construction product company looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate / Insulation Quality Control (QC) professional to join our team. The Warehouse Associate / QC will be responsible for safely handling and organizing construction materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. They will ensure that our insulation materials and installations meet high standards of quality and compliance. This role involves inspecting materials, overseeing installations on jobsites, and documenting findings to maintain project integrity and safety.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, is a plus.
Insulation Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities:
- Inspect insulation materials upon delivery and during installation to ensure they meet specifications and 31W standards.
- Document inspection results and collaborate with teams to address any quality issues promptly.
- Provide guidance to installation teams on proper techniques and compliance with 31W standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
