About the role
We are expanding our content team and looking for someone with a sharp eye for trends and a real understanding of why certain content breaks through. This role owns research, discovery, and an understanding of content packaging. Long-form YouTube experience is a strong plus as we grow that side of the brand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research emerging trends across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Break down why top-performing examples work, hook structure, pacing, emotional arc, not just surface-level trend-spotting
- Develop and pitch visual and text hook concepts for upcoming content
- Support the photoshoot team by attending shoots and gathering content on-site
- Support YouTube long-form packaging, including thumbnail and title ideation
- Maintain organized in Google Drive and Airtable
- Team members have customer service opportunities to stay in touch with our target audience and care for customers
What you'll need
- A strong, demonstrable eye for content, a portfolio or body of work is a plus
- Understanding of what separates a good hook from a forgettable one
- Long-form YouTube experience, ideally including an understanding of packaging
- An analytical mindset that still leaves room for instinct and experimentation
- Openness to learning brand-specific frameworks
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Airtable, or the ability to pick it up quickly
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to Commute to Dallas, TX 75243 and other shoot locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
- Must be comfortable handling puppies with care and professionalism

- A track record of content that performed well, with a clear point of view on why
