Weekend LPN - Skilled Nursing

Job Duties
- Assist with direct resident care, as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and medication effectiveness.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Answer residents calls and determine how to assist them.
- Assembles and uses equipment such as catheters, oxygen supplies, etc.
- Complete any documentation and charting daily for residents.
- Act as an advocate for the residents when indicated.
- Provide care in privacy, and that residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician.
- Arrange medical transport per policy.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
- Assist with the ongoing therapeutic management of stable long-term issues in the chronically ill/elderly.

Employment Requirements:
- Must possess an active, unencumbered, license to practice as a License Nurse in the state of Arizona. Can be Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
- Current TB test (available on-site)
- Current in-person CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare
- Must be of age 21 and older.

Shift Hours/Schedule:
- Double Weekends, Saturday and Sunday 6am-10pm (16 hours).
Pay:
- $32.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience. This pay range includes our shift differential of 0.75 cents extra per hour.
This position is a Non-Exempt FLSA position.
