We are growing and seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to Add to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Manage and maintain inventory control of vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Conduct outbound sales activities to attract potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional manner
- Utilize organizational skills to manage dealership inventory efficiently
- Engage in outside sales activities to increase customer base
- Provide retail sales assistance to walk-in customers
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience in a dealership setting is required
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
- Experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
