We are seeking an exceptional European Luxury Automotive Technician to join our growing team. This is not a position for a parts changer or average mechanic. We are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to the highest possible standard.
Our shop specializes in premium European automobiles, including Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Land Rover, Jaguar, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Morgan, Caterham, Bugatti, and other high-end marques.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of advanced automotive repair experience preferred
- Extensive diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of CAN Bus, networking, and modern vehicle electronics
- Ability to perform repairs correctly the first time
- Experience with factory-level diagnostic equipment
- Ability to diagnose complex issues rather than relying on trial-and-error parts replacement
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Clean, organized, and professional work habits
- Commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence
Responsibilities
- Advanced diagnostics and repair of European luxury vehicles
- Electrical and network troubleshooting
- Engine, transmission, suspension, and drivability diagnosis
- Restoration and specialty vehicle projects
- Reverse engineering and fabrication of components designed to maintain authenticity while appearing original
- Accurate documentation of repair procedures
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism
