Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team! We specialize in providing our clients with custom Marble, Bronze, and Iron architectural designs. We offer an array of in stock products as well as provide custom product ordering. In addition to our custom-made products, our Saugerties location displays our company’s selection of Antiques – where it all began.
Sales are made through our company website, social media, via phone and email, as well as other selling platforms such as eBay and Etsy.
In this role, you will be communicating with our Customers directly via email, phone and in person communications offering exceptional customer service while showcasing our luxury products. Your energy and expertise will drive high-end sales, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our Saugerties Office/Showroom. This is a Full Time Position of 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm
Hourly Pay plus Commission
Duties
- Engage with customers through written and verbal communications via phone and email, as well as Etsy and eBay selling platforms.
- Assist clients with design creation and revisions for Custom Product Orders.
- Project coordination through “Basecamp” project platform- communicating with Factories to arrange production.
- Manage sales transactions including POS operations, cash handling, and retail math calculations accurately. Invoicing customers timely and accurately processing sales.
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining an attractive showroom environment.
- Maintain comprehensive Product Knowledge- The materials and products we manufacture as well as the guidelines and product recommendations for each of the mediums we specialize.
Experience
- Experience in Sales Environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Savvy (Microsoft applications)
- Experience with cash handling, and retail math is necessary.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge confidently through verbal and written communications while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD is a plus.
- Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, or construction processes.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
