The Warehouse Center Manager is the dedicated on-site leader responsible for end-to-end performance of the Dallas mobile service-parts warehouse. The role leads inbound, outbound, returns/RMA, inventory controls, staffing, safety, customer communication, reporting, and continuous improvement while controlling labor and operating costs.
- Lead daily warehouse execution across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns/RMA, and physical-inventory support.
- Own site performance against key service expectations, including dock-to-stock, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, and productivity.
- Manage labor planning, overtime, temporary staffing, supplies, and other controllable costs, review performance versus plan and address material variances.
- Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors and associates while maintaining cross-training and backup coverage for critical operating functions.
- Partner with the Inventory Manager to protect inventory integrity, cycle-count execution, FIFO/aging controls, location accuracy, and high-value product handling.
- Ensure SOPs, training records, OSHA/MHE safety, physical security, Dangerous Goods requirements, reporting, and audit-readiness standards are followed.
- Strong warehouse leadership experience in 3PL, service parts, electronics, or a comparable distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, labor planning, P&L/cost control, productivity management, root-cause analysis, and customer service.
- Hands-on SAP and WMS experience, including RF scanning, inventory transactions, shipping activity, reporting, and operational troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of air-export/outbound logistics, carrier coordination, Dangerous Goods shipping, UPS WorldShip or comparable systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Train the Trainer Certification Preferred, but not Required.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Seven or more years of progressive warehouse/distribution experience, including manager-level responsibility, preferred.
- Spanish proficiency preferred, Korean a plus but not required.
- Full-time, exempt, on-site leadership role, schedule must flex to volume, customer cutoffs, inventories, audits, startup activities, and approved special projects.
- Limited travel may be required.
