As a Weekend Am Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring every plate meets our standards of quality and presentation, along with cleaning task and other daily duties . Your enthusiasm for food service and dedication to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests during weekend afternoons and early evenings.

Job requirements
Must have
· Ability to make scratch made soups.
· Set the team up for the day.
· lift upwards of 50 lbs, bend/stretch.
· Work long hours upwards of 10, stand for long periods of time.
· Will need to help cover other shifts throughout the week.
· Flexible hours and an open schedule.
· Weekends and early mornings are a must.
· All cooks wash dishes.
· Opening shifts include general upkeep of the kitchen as in sweeping, mopping, all of these are nonnegotiable terms of the job.
As stated, before weekends and long hours are required with this position, the number of hours are not guaranteed and based off performance.
Hours
Hours will vary depending on ability to fill this position, on skill and consistency of the quality of the work done.
What we offer,
- Starting pay 17.50hr, after a 90-day probationary (3 months) period, will be willing to increase wage after 180 (6 months) days.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning and cater to special dietary needs as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality food service.
- Utilize knife skills for food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
