American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist requiring current ARRT registration with CT certification for a 3x12 Day Shift contract.
-
Work in the CT Scan department of a hospital setting
-
Perform CT imaging as well as general radiography and fluoroscopy procedures
-
Care for patients ranging from adolescents through geriatric populations
-
Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
-
Use PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer
-
Day Shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

ARRT registration required: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)

Advanced Certification in CT modality required

Current BLS certification required
-
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
-
Fluoroscopy license in state of employment preferred
-
Venipuncture certification preferred
-
License required if applicable
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the age continuum

Maintain accurate records, files and billing information
-
Ensure integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory
-
Local candidates accepted with rates equal to travel rates

Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
